Bill is not pushy, just helps the customer gain the knowledge of options, leading to a decision to purchase the vehicle which best fits the customer's needs and financial commitments. I was so pleased with the new Yaris I bought there in June of 2008 and the support I received thereafter that I decided to make my most recent purchase of a 2013 Yaris there as well. Went all over driving many types and makes of vehicles. I always liked Toyota's, but never owned one since I was stationed in Japan back in the 1970's. I leased the Camry because I liked the way it looked and handled and the dealer was very professional in their dealings with me. The price was pretty much what I wanted to pay and there was no real problem getting the financing. Bill Dockum was not the pushy type of salesperson you typically meet in car dealerships. He was informative and professional throughout.
In the last (2) years we have purchased a 2012 Avalon and a 2013 Tacoma from Bill Wattie. Bill is a very friendly and helpful salesman. He has answered any questions that we had, and he went above and beyond to set up our cell phones and explained the audio systems. He fully explained and demonstrated all the other vehicle features. From start to finish this was an outstanding new care experience. I contacted dealer via Internet to confirm vehicle was available. The owner of the company corresponded with me directly. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was waiting complete with plates for a test drive. The sales person (Bill Waite) greeted me and provided outstanding service. Just purchased a Rav 4 from them. This is the 8th Toyota we have purchased from them. Guess that says a lot more than any words to show our satisfaction with the dealership plus Toyotas. We have been more than satisfied with all of the vehicles: Camry, Prius, Corolla, Sienna and now a Rav. We still own four of them and they are in great condition. We have owned three sienna mini vans and wouldn't consider getting any other van. Glenn Racicot is an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable about the product and does his best to make his customer happy. Jim and Erik in the service department are very accommodating, thus making it easier to take the vehicles in for service.
I have purchased my last 5 cars , 3 Camrys, and two Rav 4s from this dealership. The sales staff treats me with respect and the service staff led by Jim Stegman ( the best ) has always done top-notch work on my cars. Good service is real important to me and I feel I can always depend on Jim for that service.
