We have been purchasing vehicles, and servicing our vehicles, at Glens Falls Toyota for many years. Prior to that, we did business with other Toyota dealerships in the area, but walked away unhappy. I found the Scion XB I wanted using the internet. Glens Falls Toyota had the vehicle I wanted with the equipment I wanted (five speed manual) and the price was very competitive. However I live in Buffalo and Glens Falls is 300 hundred miles away, so the transaction required coordinating with my credit union making it more complicated then a usual purchase. I have bought numerous vehicles form Glens Falls Toyota Scion, and I am giving them a great rating as I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. The entire staff is very friendly, and they respect it when you walk in and tell them you are working with a specific sales person. They don't try to steal you from them. Bill and Ben were extremely wonderful to work with, Bill on the sales side and Ben on the finance side. Bill knew exactly what I wanted as I've bought four Toyotas from him and everything was smooth and quick. Ben was awesome to deal with as he had all the answers I wanted to know and didn't pressure me into getting "extras" that we both knew I didn't want nor did I need. I would highly recommend BOTH gentlemen to anyone and look forward to dealing very soon with them again.
Bill Wattie and the rest of the staff were very helpful & accommodating. Pleasure to do business with!!! We highly recommend Glens Falls Toyota and the 2013 Rav4 XLE for the following reasons: Our friendly salesperson, Gabrielle, had vast knowledgable of the vehicles. Additionally, she had considerable focus on our needs throughout the process without making us feel ANY pressure to buy. Delivery day went very smoothly with the assistance of Ben, the finance manager, and Gabrielle volunteered her time that day to give us a much needed vehicle tutorial.

I was in the market for a 2013 Toyota Highlander. After visiting another dealer in the area and getting the regular run-around you normally get at a large car dealership, I called Glens Falls Toyota to see if they had any Highlanders in stock. When looking for a new car my choice is Toyota. I have had a wonderful experience with my Camry. I met with Bill Wattie Jr. and had such a refreshing experience. Bill was very informative and did not try to pressure me to buy at all. Glens Falls Toyota made me a reasonable offer for my trade in, we made the contract and I purchased a Matrix.
