Buying a new Corolla I cannot say enough good about Bill Dockum and Glens Falls Toyota. They are the "little guys" and I like to patronize the small businesses whenever possible. Thanks to all of you at Glens Falls Toyota!

Thanks for a good experience Not sure what I can say. These folks are friendly and very helpful. Bill took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I bought the car I have been looking for. Could not be happier

We have been dealing with Glens Falls Toyota for over thirty years and have purchased at least 10 cars from them. Jim and Eric in the service department are always friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. We just bought our 11th Toyota and couldn't be more satisfied!

This is our third Toyota, Prius and Gabrielle is a great sales person always available to help and ensure that eveything goes well before, during and after the sale. She even made sure that my older Prius received some TLC making our driving experience better than before. We enjoy during business with her and all the staff and in the service department too.

Salesman Bill was knowledgeable, personable, with a straightforward, honest, no pressure sales style. Ben gave a clear explanation of the existing warranty, and other warranties available for purchase; again, no pressure. Excellent experience, as I've had there historically, in each department, over the past 10 years. ,

Bill Wattie pointed out benefits of choosing a higher line model, as well as helping us to narrow down choices. Ben Fuller was very patient and explained financing well and completely. Also answered our questions in a straightforward manner. Jim and Eric have always been very professional, get you in and out fast and fixed, and usually never have to ask who I am. They make appointments for service as soon as possible without being asked. Bravo !

Very friendly and warm business with great people to work with. Honest and this is how buying a vehicle experience should be. Mike Abodeely was very knowledgeable with my vehicle and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. When it's time for replacing this vehicle, I will return Glens Falls Toyota.

I just purchased my second Prius from GF Toyota. Each time the entire experience was most enjoyable and rewarding. I love the car and everyone at the dealership is great. They have a customer for life!

I have bought two Avalons from this dealership and would do business with them in the future. Originally it was because of the very positive relationship that I have with the service department. After my most recent purchase of a 2013 Avalon I now would include Bill Wattie as a good reason to return to Glens Falls Toyota for future purchases. I give this business an A+.
