Quick and easy deal! I walked into Romeo chevy to look at a 2016 Jeep Rubicon, I worked with James and Elise. Elise was very helpful and carried the torch right to the end! Great experience! Recently after checking online, I was unable to locate a new Chevy Traverse with certain options, and a specific color that I wanted. After consulting with Robbie, he was able to find one for me that was quite a distance away. Since there was no one available at the time who could go and get the suv, Robbie was kind enough to personally go and bring the car back. He truly went the extra distance for us. Amazingly kind and wonderful! Sean Duffy and Ted were about to finish closing up the service area when I arrived Late Saturday afternoon. I had a tire that was almost flat. Not only did they stay and fix the tire but took the extra time to see why the tire had lost air. I had told them I had a 300-mile trip to take the next day, They were kind and patient, took care of the problem.
