"Who'd a thunk it?" My wife and I bought a Buick Enclave in 2015 at Romeo's. Last week we received a call from David Marrine, a sales associate there, kindly asking if we would like to visit with him to discuss the possibility of upgrading to a new 2019 Enclave. My wife was very impressed by David's sincerity and kind manner, and she agreed to come talk , since we were coming there for a regularly scheduled service visit. A wonderful outcome! My wife and I came in to look at a used truck. But to our suprise the vehicle had been sold the day before. The staff felt terrible that we drove over two hours to get there only to find the truck was gone. They showed us some other tucks and ended up buying a new GMC truck at a great price. Our salesman Pat Duke went out of his way to make us happy. I guess sometimes things happen for a reason.
Associates are very friendly and courteous! This service appointment was pleasant. Only thing I was not happy about a service person was using the hood of my truck as a desk.
Got a good deal I unexpectedly traded in my 2015 Encore for a 2018 Encore. I didn't think I was going to get a new car but since I am retiring in June it seemed like a good plan. HAPPY
Awesome from start to finish! My husband and I came in just to look as my SUV was on it's last legs. Thinking of the pros and cons of leasing and owning; too many choices. Jonah was asked to help us out, and the rest as they say is history. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushy and listened to what we had to say.
