.Service Experience Smooth and easy. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Romeo is a little out of my way (45 minutes) but I don't mind making the trip to be treated this way.
Warranty repair Once again I leave pleased with the service performed. The part was replaced at no charge to me and the staff was polite and professional.
Service/oil change Joe Sanford is the best. I was worried about the storm coming on 2/12 and not be able to get my oil changed, needed gauge on 10%. Joe went up and beyond and got me in yesterday; left y car first thing in AM.God love him. He also made sure that I got a Ride into Work @ UC Family Crt. Great guy.

Arriving with an urgent need for a vehicle due to the totaling of mine, Robbie understood my needs, which were not clear when I came in, and helped fine the perfect vehicle for me. Traded in a lease Went in, my lease was ending, so with the help of Jonah in sales he got me in to a new lease at a better monthly payment all in a day and it was done via email and text after I left the showroom.
