"Good people" Lisa out did herself. She went all the way into Maine and found the truck I wanted. She put a lot of time into finding the right truck. This is the second truck I have bought from Romeo. Any service or work that needed to be done, was done by Romeo, even though it is one hour`drive , one way. The service department has a great bunch of people, always on time and helpful . Shawn the service manager is always helpful and makes me feel like I am treated the way I would treat a person. Great costumer service! Elise was an absolutely terrific sales woman, and the whole team who helped. She was super attentive and got back to me immediately when I had many questions! Peter ( the manager I believe) , also helped in nagoiating my deal and really helped as at that point I had looked at many other dealerships none with the help they gave me. 3 of my coworkers got their cars their and I would recommend them to anyone!! Also have to shout out to Steve, he was great as well!!

Excellent Customer Service This was our first time buying from Romeo Chevrolet and we were very pleased with the service we received from start to finish. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Pat Duke went out of his way to find the car we wanted and took the time to go over all the bells and whistles on how to operate it. Everyone was very friendly and professional and we will definitely be a return customer and will recommend Romeo to anyone looking for a new car.

A true car family After researching and visiting several area dealerships I again returned to Romeo Chevrolet and purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox LT. The entire staff was wonderful from the manager to the sales representative to the business office. Zobaer was a great sales rep answering my many questions about the car and its amenities. He was very patient and extremely professional. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a car head to this dealership located in Kington, NY.

Straight foward, nothing hidden. I have had fifty years of experience buying cars and trucks. These guys are in position to move vehicles. They pay attention to customers. Before buying I visited three other dealerships, all had that tired look of not wanting to waste time. If you want a car don't hesitate to go to Romeo Chevy.

Great, when you get the right salesman. My first experience was less than satisfactory. However once I had the opportunity to work with Matt Lopez, all was well. He is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for his costumers.
