Aside from phone service or customer service, in PERSON service was poor. The service representative demeanor was he didn't want to be there, I was wasting his time and seemed aggravated when I gave a list off problems. There's never a loaner available. Rep argued with me again about my warranty. No shuttle service available to get a rental. Had to walk from dealership to Enterprise. Hopefully my truck is fixed after the 5th time being here.

My Aimee and I were looking to find me a reliable car that I fit in. Being 6' 5" tall. Not an easy task. Also my 1st time buying what I consider a new car. My wife and I bought a certified pre owned 2018 Chevy Traverse. My wife and I live near Albany, New York. So we went to a few local dealerships in Albany and received very poor service. Perfect auto transaction in these strange times We had to put a lot of trust in Jon and Claire from Romeo Chevrolet to buy a car without even getting behind the wheel but it worked out great and we got a great deal. excellent I had bought my 2014 Audi Q5 from here and the salesman who helped us was awesome super nice and helpful. very down to earth!!!! His name was zobare And the finance manager was awesome as well his name was steve. highly recommend buying from these guys

Best new car purchase experience ever! I have bought many cars and trucks in my 80 years and it was never as easy as this, First was my sales guy, Zobaer Hasan, whom I met as I walked in the door, we talked for only a few minutes and were eye to eye on what I wanted and what he could do for me. A day later my wife and I were building the car SHE wanted and two days later she drove it home.
