Confident, efficient, transparent Everything was clearly explained, quick, and friendly. Shuttle is as always super helpful. I was able to get work done while I was at work too.

Friendly and Kind Went in to shop do you to engine light being on , my service advisor worked closely with me to find a solution and explained everything in great detail. Even if I didn’t understand something he did not tire of explaining to me.
Good crew. Nice facility. At first, I was bounced around a little but someone was always concerned. Worked through the car process at my pace. Happy with "checkout" process with Jeff, although a little quick - granted, it was a Saturday night, after hours (a few stayed until I was able to drive new vehicle away 40 minutes after closing) and it was the night of their dealership holiday party. Appreciate their staying late for me. I'm hoping the positive experience continues as I need service.
