Recently purchased a new Yukon XL Denali that had a damaged door when I picked up the vehicle. The dealer stated they would have it corrected. Took 3 months to get a service appointment to get the door since I was informed that their service department is undergoing changes. I dropped it off to have the door repaired and get an oil change and the dealer put 100 miles on my truck when it was at the dealer to be serviced. We purchased a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler from you on July 5, 2023. Not even two days later was it towed back for a "death wobble". The service department said they fixed it by balancing the tires. Well a few days later it happened again. On July 17, 2023 it was brought in again. Now the service department can't figure out the problem and they sent it to a Jeep dealer "down the road". Back in June of 2022 I was looking for a Suburban RST in dark metallic grey. After finding one at a local dealer, I started to work with a local dealer in Nanuet NY area and was willing to pay sticker price.
