I purchased a 2023 Chevy Silverado RST in April from Romeo and my experience was very poor! I went in and spoke with the salesman On Saturday and took the truck for a ride and then purchased the truck, the time it took at the dealership was reasonable. I went back on the following Monday to speak with the finance manager and pick up the truck which took over 4 hours, a very unreasonable time to wait. Bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox in Dec of 2024 March of 2025 check engine light came on. They basically told me to shove it and go to a different GM deal and try to get it covered under FACTORY warranty! I’m lost for words after this! Horrible experience l!!!!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I made an appointment to see a car the night before and confirmed it in the morning. I test drove the car and was very happy with it; everything was going smoothly. The salesperson asked if I wanted to see how it looked on paper, and I said yes. Just picked up my new Sierra 2500 SLT. Pat Duke was just fantastic to deal with, he made this purchase really easy and he explained everything I needed to know about my new truck.
