Absolutely awful and untrustworthy service shop. Only reason I even took it there was because I was under 100k warranty but of course they figured out a reason it wasn’t under warranty even tho it was an Automatic Transmission Gear Position Sensor and transmissions are part of the powertrain. Took my car there a month ago to get fixed and the price seemed crazy high for what it was but I just figured it’s fixed and let it go. Purchased a new RAV4 and a year later needed two jump starts. Price explained that turning the car off was not enough. The battery was still running. Car needed an update. After paying for the update and a new battery the car was good. Well only for 3 months when my new battery was dead. This time I took the car to Toyota in Ct. They told me the update I needed was never done. Once again I had to pay. Price told me to come back and if they hadn’t run the update they would refund me. Work has not corrected my problem with my car being at your shop 3 times and must come back yet again. I paid a lot of money $1,592.00 & still doing the same thing I must talk to the Manager Vernon Miller 302-388-2292

Worst customer service provided by Rep “Jimmy”. instead of explaining and satisfying the customer, he shows his other side which manager described as his personality. Well Price Toyota you should reevaluate who is fit to work in customer service. I have been going there for years and never been treated like that before. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS!

Bought 2 brand new vehicles from Price in 2017 and 2018 and both of them have required extensive repairs totaling thousands of dollars. This dealership misaligned the rear tires at our last service appointment on our 2018 Sienna and as a result we now have to replace multiple tires that have cords showing. The battery was installed improperly on our 2017 Tundra causing it to crack and leak, leaving us with a dead battery in the middle of Wilmington. Brand new 2021 Venza had to be towed in as it died at the light. Killed my enthusiasm for my new SUV, now I regret purchasing from them. When I picked it up a few days later, they had “missed” or didn’t even check other reported problems and I was stuck waiting again.

Price is too expensive. Service is not very good with communication when I was was not given the right information when scheduling my irk the person that checked me in to my appointment had no problem telling me that the previous service person who set up the appointment did not tell me the right thing . So the way he told me what I should know was rude. As if it was my fault I had not known her info was wrong.
