Purchased a Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro brand new with 28 miles on it near closing time which was at 8pm. I was in a rush and was very excited to be purchasing my first brand new vehicle as I had started a new job a few months prior. I brought my brand new 6 month old car for a maintenance and when I got home right after it I found a HUGE scratch all over my car from the front headlight to the end of back door. I took a pictures, where they can see date and time I took them, I came there the next day and they were going to “watch the cameras”. I had to come one more time so they could check it out again. I would avoid this dealer. The sales manager Trevor was very unprofessional. I saw a car online and when I went into the dealership he tried to add $500 to the price that is listed on their website. He refused to lower the price. If I was a man, I think he would have treated me differently. This is sad, since I was ready to buy that car.
Brought my truck for 30k mile service. They asked to keep it because of a tsb to change the third brake light. They dented and scratched my truck around the light and damaged the inside and left the headliner smudged with finger prints. The service tech lied and said it was already there. I have dash cam video of them laughing about the damage and speeding my truck through their parking lot. It took another week to repair the damage. Got a brand new Toyota 86 off the lot and the motor messed up after an year and a few months of owning it. Took them 3 months just to get the car back to me and not even 2 weeks of having the car back check engine light came back on. They never update me on the status of my car regret buying a car from here.
Took my car in yesterday 6/29/19 for service gets there all the car needs was a tire rotation. Drop it off at 11am. I leave and come back at 1:30pm car wasn’t done so I sit and wait about 2:10 I get a car from jd redden hey ms Sosa your car is done. On your next visit you will need tires. Ok thank you. I use to love buying Toyota and Rich helped us with vehicles in the past 3 times Bought a new Rav4 3 years ago a 2016Tundra and a 07 Fj crusier at this dealership We asked for Rich before we bought the Rav4 and a couple sales guys lied to me then saying Rich retired and my husband and we're surprised then we called and front desk lady told me Rich hasn't retired That is unacceptable we told Rich that and he shook his head.
