DONT BUY CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Headlight was messed up when I bought the car and was told it will get fixed and just wait for the appointment . No one called for the ongest time and then I called back few months later and I was told by the manager that they will cover it but wait for them to schedule me an appointmen. ish I could give zero stars Had a deal to sell my car to them. No paperwork ready even though I called multiple time to prepare, gave them all my paperwork prior to coming in. Purchased a Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro brand new with 28 miles on it near closing time which was at 8pm. I was in a rush and was very excited to be purchasing my first brand new vehicle as I had started a new job a few months prior. Got all of the paperwork done, drove the truck off of the show room floor, and got it home to find my back seats had indentations in the rear passenger seats and rear of the driver seat from neglect from workers at Price Toyota. I brought my brand new 6 month old car for a maintenance and when I got home right after it I found a HUGE scratch all over my car from the front headlight to the end of back door. I took a pictures, where they can see date and time I took them, I came there the next day and they were going to “watch the cameras”. I had to come one more time so they could check it out again. I would avoid this dealer. The sales manager Trevor was very unprofessional. I saw a car online and when I went into the dealership he tried to add $500 to the price that is listed on their website. He refused to lower the price. If I was a man, I think he would have treated me differently. This is sad, since I was ready to buy that car.
Brought my truck for 30k mile service. They asked to keep it because of a tsb to change the third brake light. They dented and scratched my truck around the light and damaged the inside and left the headliner smudged with finger prints. The service tech lied and said it was already there. I have dash cam video of them laughing about the damage and speeding my truck through their parking lot. It took another week to repair the damage.
