Got a brand new Toyota 86 off the lot and the motor messed up after an year and a few months of owning it. Took them 3 months just to get the car back to me and not even 2 weeks of having the car back check engine light came back on. They never update me on the status of my car regret buying a car from here.
Took my car in yesterday 6/29/19 for service gets there all the car needs was a tire rotation. Drop it off at 11am. I leave and come back at 1:30pm car wasn’t done so I sit and wait about 2:10 I get a car from jd redden hey ms Sosa your car is done. On your next visit you will need tires. Ok thank you. I use to love buying Toyota and Rich helped us with vehicles in the past 3 times Bought a new Rav4 3 years ago a 2016Tundra and a 07 Fj crusier at this dealership We asked for Rich before we bought the Rav4 and a couple sales guys lied to me then saying Rich retired and my husband and we're surprised then we called and front desk lady told me Rich hasn't retired That is unacceptable we told Rich that and he shook his head. This review is specific to price Toyota service department. I will not recommend this place. They billed me more than the amount which they initially agreed upon for doing a job. When I asked why they are charging more than the amount they mentioned few hours back, the answer I got is “my manager told me to use this code for billing, the first guy may not have known what code to use”. what kind of response is that? THIS PLACE IS SHADY! My review is for the service center. Last year i came in for a routine oil change and my dash cam was running the whole time. Caught unprofessionalism and workers talking about STEALING stuff from my car. Contacted price toyota to discuss and recieved barely an apology just a teenagers will be teens and said they would do something but never a followed up with me after the talk. Worst car buying experience possible. Terrible service dept. Very dishonest. Extremely unhelpful management. This is the exact type of dealership that you hear horror stories about. Smile and warm to your face, but they will jab the knife in your back for sure.
I brought a 2017 Rava Toyota LE model about 6 months ago. They took off the rail racks from on top of the Rava. And they had the Nerve to tell me that the Rail Racks did not come with the Car. The Finance Department - they are a bunch of Thieves so watch out for the paper work. They will give you the best price up front but will rob you blind with the Finance.
I received a KBB Instant Cash offer for my vehicle, a 2015 Yukon Denali with 45,000 miles, in excellent condition. The offer was for $41,500.
