This review is specific to price Toyota service department. I will not recommend this place. They billed me more than the amount which they initially agreed upon for doing a job. When I asked why they are charging more than the amount they mentioned few hours back, the answer I got is “my manager told me to use this code for billing, the first guy may not have known what code to use”. what kind of response is that? THIS PLACE IS SHADY! My review is for the service center. Last year i came in for a routine oil change and my dash cam was running the whole time. Caught unprofessionalism and workers talking about STEALING stuff from my car. Contacted price toyota to discuss and recieved barely an apology just a teenagers will be teens and said they would do something but never a followed up with me after the talk. Worst car buying experience possible. Terrible service dept. Very dishonest. Extremely unhelpful management. This is the exact type of dealership that you hear horror stories about. Smile and warm to your face, but they will jab the knife in your back for sure.
I brought a 2017 Rava Toyota LE model about 6 months ago. They took off the rail racks from on top of the Rava. And they had the Nerve to tell me that the Rail Racks did not come with the Car. The Finance Department - they are a bunch of Thieves so watch out for the paper work. They will give you the best price up front but will rob you blind with the Finance.
I received a KBB Instant Cash offer for my vehicle, a 2015 Yukon Denali with 45,000 miles, in excellent condition. The offer was for $41,500. Upon receiving this offer, I was contacted by Kim Druart who asked me to bring my vehicle in for inspection. I have had 4 Toyota vehicles delivered to Price Toyota over the past 8 years on behalf of the leasing company my company uses. Every single time they have not had my registration and tags completed by the time my temp tags expired. I am going to recommend to my leasing company to use a different dealership. I would recommend everyone use a different Toyota dealership also.
I went there for maintenance on my car i got there not more then r mouths or so told them whats wrong and even got there warranty on the car plus have a years left on the cars warranty its self ......got a. (TEXT )not even A call that my car was done ......when i go to pic it up im told notbings done with it that i have to take it to the dealership to get the work done .....i got the car from price not the dealership i would think that price would take it there seeing they sold the car ...will not be back ........
