I have had limited interactions with Price Toyota over the years, but I will say that no amount of terrific work they do at their Collision Center makes up for the amount of chaos and wringers they put customers through, literally. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on July 15th. Don’t trust them or their pricing tactics/strategies! They are very rarely the best value and the CFO made it clear to me that is not their objective. I’ve ended up going elsewhere 5 times in the past 15 years and getting a better deal that I felt more comfortable with. So if you don’t look for the best value and the most fair price this is the place for you. Called ahead to confirm a vehicle was available and schedule a test drive. While driving to see it, they allowed a walk in customer to test drive and purchase. They did not call me, and allowed me to drive the whole way there. Once there they quickly said it was being sold. Had to call the manager later to get an apology. Incredibly shady business practice. Buyer beware. They do not honor warranties and will lie to get you into a car then turn their backs on you. The also purposely do not document visits so they can deny that you brought it in with a problem later. I brought my highlander in not even 1 month after buying with transmission issues and they refused to fix it. Like them up on the bbb website and you can see many 1 star reviews. They will screw you the second they can.

These people are nothing but liars. We were told by Charlie when we bought our 2020 Toyota in April of this year we had a new car battery. So tell me why it’s now October and the battery is dead? When I called to get this covered under the warranty it’s not covered? Then all of a sudden we’re being told they don’t change the batteries on cars but when it was tested it was in outstanding condition? So either they lied then or they’re lying now.
