On my 3rd temp tag due to the clueless sales man that I had to deal with. Was no helpful in anyway when I was looking at the truck I bought. Did not care about me at all just wanted my money. Felt insulted by the finance guy as well.
I had to keep my Sienna as one of the fuel pipe was leaking and it was a recall. So I got a replacement for time being which was a horrible smelling Corolla . I never got a status from the service agent, Anthony. I had to call back couple of times to get hold of him. Very very poor service.
We will never buy another Toyota or have another vehicle serviced there. Our sunroof "exploded" with no known cause. Nothing struck the sunroof, there was no traffic near us, and it exploded at turnpike speeds. It sounds like a gunshot going off over top of your head. We pulled over to find an 8-10 inch circular hole dead center with the edges of the hole curved upwards. We went to nearby Independence Toyota. They cleaned the glass and confirmed there was no impact damage. We drove back to Price Toyota to get repaired.... read more
BE AWARE OF THEIR USED CARS, I took a day off work and wasted 4 hours of travel time for a misrepresented car. Charley as being the salesman didn't have much to say. First off the 2012 evo you guys are selling, I was told the car was "serviced", what does this consist of, just a tire shine? I will never like this page or take my truck and car to service here anymore. In 2010 I had my Tundra go in for a frame recall. All was well during the 8 months they had my truck. Since Toyota decided to replace the frame and do nearly $12k of warranty work on my truck I also gave them my timing belt and water pump to do at 112k. When I finally did get my truck back and asked for the parts they could not produce them but assured me the work had been completed.
