I have had 4 Toyota vehicles delivered to Price Toyota over the past 8 years on behalf of the leasing company my company uses. Every single time they have not had my registration and tags completed by the time my temp tags expired. I am going to recommend to my leasing company to use a different dealership. I would recommend everyone use a different Toyota dealership also.
I went there for maintenance on my car i got there not more then r mouths or so told them whats wrong and even got there warranty on the car plus have a years left on the cars warranty its self ......got a. (TEXT )not even A call that my car was done ......when i go to pic it up im told notbings done with it that i have to take it to the dealership to get the work done .....i got the car from price not the dealership i would think that price would take it there seeing they sold the car ...will not be back ........
My first review was a 1-Star, at the peak of my frustration with a messed up situation. Bottom line, several people, each acting with good intent, managed to 'misplace' our car when my wife, who works overnight as a nurse, was in a very narrow time window to retrieve our recently serviced RAV4 and get to work on time. We've purchased our last three vehicles from Price and have had each serviced every 5K miles without a complaint. A+ customer service.
Very disappointed with the service department in New Castle. It is no less than an hour and a half to get an oil change and tire rotation. I have had this experience EVERY TIME I have taken it there for service over the last 2 years. I have even spoke with the service manager, Ed Connor who acted as if I was wasting his time, when it was the other way around. Absolutely no satisfaction. Take your vehicle to any other dealership or garage for service. Absolutely horrible service here.
Service department very disappointing. Have a small paint issue with a spot on my 2016 camry. Questioned if this was a paint problem under warranty or if it something that I need to get repaired and pay for it myself. This was in September 2016. Was told they would check with Toyota and let me know. Still no answer from Price . I keep calling to get a status on the issue and all I get is that "we'll have the Toyota rep check it out and get back to you." You guys are cheat, Price Toyota is a big cheat. Without doing the proper service they gave me wrong results. At 30k service they told me that rear wheel break lines of my Camry are 5mm and At 35k mile service it jumped to 8mm. At 39k miles brake pads and rotors of my car were gone and rotors got damaged as well. I had to replace rotors and when I complained about this, they are just offering a big dam "Sorry".
