I bought a 2016 tundra there a few weeks ago. Carl Zitofsky was my salesman, and he was very patient. I couldn't decide between 2 trucks, and he hung out with me for over 3 hours. He got answers to all my questions, and got some other peoples opinions about the trucks in question. Pricing probably could have been a little lower but it is a dealership, and i always could of waited. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
