High pressure fuel pump went bad seems like a manufacturing defect

The website does not include an option to schedule for a loaner. When I arrive for service, I was advised that it had to be requested at the time service is scheduled. I explained that there was not an option on the website which the representative questioned. I was not offended a shuttle or any other service. I sat in the service area for almost two hours. I was advised that once you schedule online, you have to call for a loaner. This defeats the purpose of scheduling online.

This was my first service with Price. I'm not impressed! They talk down to you with a smile on their face. The car was in for a recall and oil change. They did the recall but not the oil change. I was told that it had to be below 15% before they would change it. I asked twice because I change my oil every 3000 miles. The car had 3800 miles on it. What ever happened to the customer is always right! Also I payed extra for a maintenance contract. Which is about useless. I will be changing my own oil.
I had a terrible experience on my last 2 visits. The most recent was extremely disappointing. I am a longtime BMW owner who was treated extremely well at Devon BMW in PA. Price does not give the kind of service I require. 1. When I arrived for my service, 2 weeks ago they could not find my appointment. 2. Therefore, they were not prepared to assist me, they had to source the parts I needed for an oil /filter change while I waited for hours. 3. Long story short it took several calls to have them get the tire that I had a road hazard warranty. Then it took over two hours to get the tire replaced. I had been told that I could come in and it would be considered an emergency repair and replaced right away. I could have gone to a dealer much closer to my home. I might consider that in the future.

Appointment was for a recall. When I arrived, the service person said they would just check if work was needed and then order parts. It would take 2 hours eventhough I had an appointment. After 2 hours waiting, I asked for status and after 15 more minutes they said its been done for awhile but the service person should have updated me. I left unhappy

Terrible! Had a minor repair scheduled on a wheel rim. When I arrived , I was told that because there was an open recall for another issue, they would have to keep my car until well into the afternoon. Could not stay at the dealer that long due to other appointments. Cancelled service.
