It was horrible. I took my car in for something that I had done with them before. Every time I take my cat in for one thing I end up after to take my car back in as soon as I ge it, I keep fixing the same problem over Nd over They also a first didnt see it in the system but it showed up on their supervise system (really) . In fact, the problem wasnt fix. Ive Bering a value customer but Im Not threaded like one. I would not recommend Price Honda.
I went to Price for service because my check engine light was on. I was advised that I needed an oil change, and my tires needed to be rotated. There was no charge for either, but the service advisor told me that the tires had to be balanced when they were rotated. This cost $31.00. I approved the service. When I told my husband what they were doing, he asked me why my wheels needed to be balanced, when all they were doing was moving them from front to rear. When questioned, they had no answer!
This dealer has spammed me every single day since my inquiry with phone calls and emails, even after telling me they sold the car I was interested in. Will not be contacting them again.
Price switch ($500 more than original ad) after I called about it.
My Ridgeline was in for recall as the fuel pump needed a cover. The repair was done quickly and without any issues. Customer service, however, was very disappointing as the service rep did not return numerous calls from me about picking up my vehicle.
Told me they sent it to Wholesale, them the next day, they said they sold it!
Honda was Amazing they found out my cabin air filter had not been changed when I purchased the car months back. The Dodge dealership lied said it had been done but after looking at it , obviously was old and never was checked. Dont go to BCP SMYRNA THEY SUCK MONKEY BALLS
EXPENSIVE, AND STILL NOT REPAIRED. WANTS MORE MONEY!
