I bought a used Honda Civic and now the air conditioning is not working properly. Probably not covered in my little 3 month 3,000 coverage. Salesman are all the same doesnt matter where you shop.

The service was excellent. However, I asked if the tires were rotated and was told, "yes." The printout said the tires were not rotated. Then, it occurred to me that I had wheel locks, and no one had asked me for the master. It will be an inconvenience to have the tires rotated in the near future.

I'm feeling like they saw me as an easy target. First I did not ask for the Camara to be calibrated. They state in my receipt that I requested it, I did not. I'm not comfortable taking my car back to price honda

I had an automatic starter put in my car that was great. But I scheduled a ride to work and the shuttle was out on another run. They had someone else available but he didn't come to me until the other driver was back which made me LATE for work. What was the purpose of me scheduling a ride? I ALWAYS have issues with service department not keeping their word.

waited 2 months for parts and when I drove the car home the radiator cap was gone and there was no antifreeze in the car

The work that was done was fine. Scheduling - not so great. Scheduled online for 8:30 am appointment for A/C issue. Work on the problem wasn't started until 3:00 pm. Why did I need to leave my car all day for a repair that took one hour?
