This service visit was not the best. I had to wait a lot longer than I thought, I told the initial advisor that I would wait, but no one ever came out to inform me of the progress on the oil change, instead, I was called and told that some additional work was to be completed. I agreed, and when the work was finished, I was called again. I walked into the service bay and the advisor shared that he did not know that I was on site. Also, I had to clean my car before I left the service area.
I do not know why I continue to get messages from you about a car I traded in in July. Obviously this was meant for a new owner who purchased my former vehicle from you. Please update your information. I DO NOT own this car anymore.
Had to take car back .The brake fluid had been replaced and the brake peddle went almost to the floor. The service should of been done right at firsthand and caused extra inconvenience to going back and forth to the dealer.
Almost 2 hours to change oil seems too long
Not a good experience and was only there due to the service was included in the sale of the vehicle. Otherwise, I would not use Price Honda Service. The Techs are not helpful and unfriendly and it feels like I am doing them a favor by being there. The attitude and disposition of the entire Service Dept is like this. If Warren saw this he would not be happy. This is not the type of business he built...God rest his soul!
I just experienced my worst service. I was very satisfied with all my previous service done by honda until this last one. Beware.
The service techs were great but the labor fees are very high. For installation of two shocks and tire rotationlabor was $544
Car sounds worse after bringing in
Ruined the carpet mat, didn't use the paper mat to protect the car carpet. Also, did not even put a schedule sticker to know when next service is due, not sure if the dealer does it. I also had to myself recode next oil change mileage etc.on the car computer system. Poor response to these concerns by dealer customer service.
