The customer service, support and overall effort provided by James Preston was superb. He was always courteous and answered our questions quickly and completely. In addition, James has provided great service after the sale. Mark Root was also a pleasure to deal with when we worked the financial paperwork. I found Preston Honda through the associate discounts site from Home Depot, James & Kurt were quick to get in touch with me about the purchase I was interested in and they covered the details of my discounts and what kind of #'s we could work out. James got me to the payment I needed and then found the car I wanted in Erie. He had the car brought down the next day and I went in to pick it up which was quite painless. Thanks to everyone there at Preston you have quite an awesome group of people to work with!

Drove the hour from Pittsburgh on the hunch this dealership would be a really good place to do business and it was totally worth it. Everyone involved in the sale went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I had selected.
