James Preston was very helpful in the purchase of my 2013 Honda Ridgeline. He helped me get a fair trade for my 2007 Ridgeline. He located the Ridgeline Sport in the color and options I wanted and was very good in showing me all the options. The day of sale went very smoothly with no complications. This is the third vehicle we have purchased through the Preston Auto Group and will continue to buy through them into the forseeable future. The internet sales and being able to "chat" live with a representative make the "dreaded car buying experience" hands down more easy and convienent in the busy lives we lead. The very friendly staff is knowledgeable about the cars they are selling and take the time to ensure you understand the in's and out's of the vehicle before you drive off the lot.

This is the third new Honda I've purchased and the first from Preston Honda. It was by far the most pleasant, refreshing experience. No sales pitches, pressure, or mind games whatsoever. All my questions were answered in a very professional manner and I was given all the time necessary to explain every aspect of purchasing my C-RV and the details of operating the vehicle. Very thorough and clear information. Thanks for all that; it's made my enjoyment of my new car even more pleasant.

I am visiting Monaca from Oregon. I had 30% life left on the oil, so I figured I might just squeak by on this trip. My car didn't agree. I looked online and saw the great reviews for Preston Honda. I made an appointment for a few days later and due to a scheduling problem had to cancel at the last second. I was told I could drop in on Saturday and they might be able to squeeze me in. Thought it was time to grow up so put on my big girl panties and decided to go with a Honda coupe. First nibble I got was from K Abraham. Fell in love with him at first meeting and the rest is history. I love my new Honda coupe and am looking forward to many years being in love and also seeing all of you from time to time. Worked with James Preston and got a very competitive price on a year end 2013 Honda CR-V. Scheduled an appointment with James on a Saturday and didn't have to wait at all once we got there. The car was all cleaned up with a full tank of gas. We looked the car over and took it for test drive. Then we went back to James's desk and finalized the contract with no surprises.
