Brandon was very helpful and patient as we were purchasing our vehicle. He worked with us and was patient as we got all of our paperwork in order to be able to purchase our new car. He showed us our different options and was able to provide a high quality car which at first didnt fit into our budget but he was able to collaborate with his finance person to get us a payment we could work with. Everyone at Preston was very friendly and helpful.

John and his boss worked hard to give me the best deal they could. They made you feel comfortable and never used the old pressure game. Good people and I would recommend to anyone looking to but a Toyota product.

Preston Motor's used vehicle prices are outstanding and Tashan Rankin was very helpful and easy to talk with. The staff was very friendly and hospitable to my husband and daughters while I was shopping. Between the playroom, the t.v. and the free popcorn, my kids never had a chance to get bored! After I made my selection, it took less than a half hour until the keys were in my hand. Because of all these things, I would defiantly consider Preston Motors to be family friendly and will recommend them to my friends.

I went to Preston because of past experience and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I had some repairs to my car while they were processing my new car loan. the repairs were done time and excellently and timely. My wife and I drove home in two vehicles happy as a lark.I will continue to buy and have my vehicles serviced at Preston and recommend to my family and friends that do likewise. Mason was exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable. He was a great help thru the entire buying & "haggling" process. It was a nice added touch to be offered the free drinks & popcorn! He continually kept us informed thru the entire process, letting us know when he needed to talk to others in financing, etc and how long he would be gone. I worked with Grant, whom I just met; he was very personable, pleasant and patient with us. He was willing to work with us to gain our business. The sale was quick and would have gone faster, if I had called ahead of time to get the vehicle ready prior to our arrival. I liked looking at the vehicles online and making the appointment online also.
