Needed a car to assist my ailing parents so I knew exactly what was needed to meet their needs. Mr. Ferrari found exactly what I wanted, made sure I knew what other options were available on the lot, and got everything in place to finish the deal. brandon was very laid back in his approach and easy to deal with. he answered any questions we had and was not overbearing with his approach to selling this car.once we agreed to buying the car he went right to work getting all the paper work in order so we could take the car home that day (we did not get there until 4:30 and they were closing at 6)

No pressure sales. John was very friendly and responsive to my requests. He had the service department check out the car again, specifically the tire pressure, even though it is a certified toyota. I was very pleased with the service. They even had two gentlemen drive my old car and a chase car to my house.
