My experience with Preston Motors was superb! I initially contacted the dealership on-line to inquire about a specific car they had listed. I was immediately contacted by Nathan Otterbacher. Our contact was frequent and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions about the car. I am more than happy to take time to write a review. I had small expectations on buying a late model car when I went into Preston's on Saturday, October 12, 2013. A new car would be only a dream. Going into this I was very uncomfortable. As soon as we sat at Mason's desk he really calmed our nerves. Never once in the 3 hours were we there (which is fantastic time) were we left without anything. We were constantly encouraged to feel at home. Offered drinks, snacks, and entertainment while we waited multiple times. The price of the vehicle was a concern for us considering we have 3 small children and one on the way, however they worked with us until the price met our price range and comfort .
