Excellent New Car Shopping Experience We were approached in the parking lot by a friendly sales person and he led us to the floor model. From there on he continued to do whatever he could to make this a good shopping experience. He offered us coffee, and ect. He spent time in going over the features of the car. Grandma's New Car Grandma needed a new car for a long time. She went test driving the Rav 4 and had decided to go for it, but not without a lot of moral support, this was a big decision at her age, in her 80's. I contacted the dealership about a truck I viewed online. My initial contact was Jaime. He was courteous and extremely willing to help. I then dealt with Danny. He went above and beyond to get me the truck I wanted and make sure everything went flawless. The truck was exactly as described and at a great price. Overall, I am very pleased with the GTI that I purchased. The more I drive it, the more I like it. I was disappointed in the low trade-in value that they offered me on my Pontiac, and they did not negotiate from their original sales asking price due to the high mileage of the vehicle, as I had hoped they would. But they processed me through Financing very efficiently, and I would probably recommend Preston Motors to others in the future.

I had an enjoyable experience throughout the whole process when buying my 2012 Toyota from Preston Motors! Rory Stewart was top notch, helped and answered any and every question I had. Rory went above and beyond when it came to getting me the fairest price possible. Ive had my fair share of bad experiences when buying a car, so to actually have a great experience is a welcomed change.
