I am more than happy to take time to write a review. I had small expectations on buying a late model car when I went into Preston's on Saturday, October 12, 2013. A new car would be only a dream. Rick Ferrari made me feel relaxed and hopeful. He went to work right away to see what he could get me into. The finance department was absolutely brilliant. Jamie Elliott started the process. Going into this I was very uncomfortable. As soon as we sat at Mason's desk he really calmed our nerves. Never once in the 3 hours were we there (which is fantastic time) were we left without anything. We were constantly encouraged to feel at home. Offered drinks, snacks, and entertainment while we waited multiple times. The price of the vehicle was a concern for us considering we have 3 small children and one on the way, however they worked with us until the price met our price range and comfort . They are very fast, friendly, and sale cars at a decent price! The car they sold me went beyond my expectations it had good milage and excelent body and style! i went to sweeney or boardman and i got mediocre service and horrible choice in cars with high miles and bad brakes. I told Rick Ferrari at Preston what had happen. He gave me what i asked for and more!

I just purchased the camry hybird xle 2013 yesterday from Preston Auto Group. My salesman John was able to give me best price compare to all other dealers around that area. I needed the car in the same day since I will be out of town. The crew did their best to bring me the car from Ohio after six o'clock which was their closing time. I really appreciate that they work overtime to meet my need. I also like that the shop got wifi which is a plus. I will recommend this dealer to all my friend.

My husband and do NOT appreciate high pressure sales and once informed of our style, we felt encouraged to purchase and a willingness to assist us in any way necessary without pushing or manipulation. We shopped around and could not find another dealer close at hand to match the price. They were efficient in terms of finding the car off lot and installing a remote starter.
