I was very nervous about buying a used vehicle, but absolutely everyone I dealt with at Preston was so completely friendly, un-pushy, helpful and understanding! They completely put me at ease and really worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. April, Grant, and Sylvia were all great. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle!

The experience I had with this dealdership shows they were on the spot with a sales package. They contacted me daily and, made the appointment assessible to me. I had to change it several times and, he worked around my schedule. I didn't have a trade-in and he provided some drivers to return my current vehicle. The overall experience became questionable when I got home and realized my vehcile only has one sticker instead of the two needed. The dealer offered better than KBB value for my trade in vehicle. Price of the new vehicle was very fair on the first offer. The price was lowered to a price less than the predicted fair selling price on KBB. The dealership has maintained a friendly, positive sales staff for over 25 years and eight new vehicles I have purchased there.

I had never been to Preston Toyota before from the time I walked through the door everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. April was extremely helpful and explained everything about my vehicle. Courtny was very warm and friendly and the most efficient and knowledgeable finance manager I have encountered.

i gave this rating to the dealer because i was treated very well iwasnt pressured into anythig they listened to what i was looking for then when i couldnt afford the new car i wanted they worked with me and found a new i really like and helped me with my financing it was raing and i was on crutches so they brought the cars for me to see right to the door i left there very happy and excited they could fine me a car

This was by far the best dealership ive ever been to. The people here were very friendly and they made sure they didn't have you walking away unhappy. There was so confusion towards the end but everything ended up getting sorted out. Great experience!

Danny was very good at showing the best option and price for a new vehicle. I was not aware of the 0% financing for new 2013 Corollas. He showed this was a better option than a Yaris.
