Stay away from this dealership... they are scammers and liars...they had over 50k escalade that I was going to pay for and when I called to see if he could do a little better on price he told me they posted the wrong price and that it was a 1000 dollars more...you think he would honor the price for their mistake but no, they lost out on a 50k sale.... I wonder how many other people had the same problem and how many people were cheated the same way...yeah Scott was the used car manager and he was no help what so ever
I was buying my first car and they didn’t have exactly what I wanted (color with a particular set of rims) but they made some calls and were able to get me what I wanted in less than a week! The sales and finance guys were really helpful and I thought this would be my go to dealership until I came in a few months later to get my car serviced. Booked my car in for appointment two days ago. Dropped it off first thing this morning. Was told to expect a phone call at lunch. By 1:30 I had heard nothing so left a message asking the dealership to phone me back. 4pm and still no call so I phoned again and was told that they haven't looked at my car yet and they would need to keep it until tomorrow. Moritz Kia is full of s***, they gave me a loaner car so they could repair my car. So the check engine light comes on a couple days later. I take it back to Kia, they tell me that the line was chewed up buy a rodent, mind you the cars in my garage I've never had any rodent problems in the past even now I dont, now I'm the one who has to pay for a rodent chewing up the gas line $200 for using a car while mine was under repair.... where they do that at (FRED) threatened to take my car if I didn't pay, threatened to charge it ... read more
2013 Kia recalled a brake light switch, switch causes your brake lights to malfunction..we buy the car supposedly fixed.. now the recall replacement part is out and kia is refusing to fix it...and says it's my problem..a 13.00 part.. that cost us 100.00 to diagnose that we now have to pay someone to fix. Thanks Moritz for standing by your product and risking my 4 year old daughter's life because you chose to ignore this.
Our car has 99k on it ..Called the service department, they said they couldn't get me in for almost a week to check the engine problem on our car. My first experience at a Kia dealership, first impression was not good. As I pulled up there were probably 6 guys in purple shirts, standing around the door. No one said hello as I headed for the door. Inside, it's crowded, messy and seemed a little unorganized. But I had a nice and knowledgeable salesman named Chris. Bodyshop horrible customer service on two occasions.. I will not buy another car from Mortiz nor will i refer anyone else.. This is my third car from Mortiz my first two from Mortiz Arlington and i love them they treated us with respect they were very professional and upstanding and they were always there for us.
