If you’re looking for an honest sales staff, avoid this place at all costs. This evening, my girlfriend went in to Moritz after being contacted by one of their salesmen (Chris V) telling her they were interested in purchasing her vehicle for their used car lot. I waited over two hours for an oil change. Seriously! I should have let my ten year-old niece do it. At least I would have been out of there in a reasonable amount of time.

RecommendedService great and friendly staff but, please fix your heater ... new building but almost froze to death waiting 2 1/2 uncomfortable hours for my car. �
One service writer wanted me to delay in buying a couple of new tires that I had to have to pass inspection. Another one, a female, never even returned my phone calls when I tried to set an appointment
Customer service was spot on. Staff was very attentive and efficient. New building was beautiful and comfortable. I was in and out quickly and had a smile on my face. Job well done Moritz👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I’m very upset with my dealerships service department. Hours after I got my car from Christian I told him that the drivers heated seat would not cut off only if I cut the car off. He told me to bring it in. After the weekend I brought it in. The Service Center told me to bring in my car at 7:30 and they would work on it. I was told it would be a few hours. I took till 2:30 for them to tell me the mechanism under the seat had to be replaced. I was then told it would be ordered and installed at no charge. I have been waiting a... read more
Used this dealership in the past with good results. After many years needing a new car, we returned with great results. Also sent a referral and they too had great results. First vehicle service was outstanding!
Jenna from service has terrible customer service. She and another man were told I was next and she went to the next person who walked in the door. Then I spoke up and she ignored me. That’s why this place has terrible reviews!!
