Kia is by far the worse cars to purchase. They don’t take care of their customers nor do they offer any kind of solution. Just bought a 2022 kia Sorento in February of this year. Already having issues with it. Check engine light came on with less than 19000 miles on the car. They don’t leave any walk in appointments open for customers that have unforeseen issues pop up. I highly recommend staying away Kia.

We bought a car barely a month and a half ago . turns out the brake was bad and we were told to wait 2 weeks before the car could be seen. then we were told that we caused bad brakes!! after barely a month! we ain't neanderthal driving a car in a way that the brakes already went bad! so we ended up paying for bad brakes repair that we Didn't cause!!! horrible service and fake promises so much for the Moritz promise!!!!

I got an engine replacement, came to pick up my car it had no oil ,no coolant and they lost my keys. waited over 2 hours for them to OK the replacement. THEN waited over 2 more hours for them to make me a new key. But it was ready for pickup yesterday. 🤔

I’m very sad and disappointed. Today I finally was able to get my 2020 Soul in for a recall and to check my ac which had went out on the 8th. After waiting I was finally approached with bad news. I have a 100,000 mile warranty on my vehicle yet I was told my ac will not be covered. The gentleman told me that it appears rocks (while driving) have hit my condenser causing my air to only blow hot due to the damage. Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I bought my previous Kia here and expected to get the same friendliness and service I got in 2015. Apparently they have gotten much worse since then. I went in last week to discuss getting a Telluride. I understand they are hard to get right now, but they found one that would be in 2 weeks from that day, so I put a deposit down on it to hold. Car caught fire and engine was replaced and 20 thousand miles car started smoking inside lost power took to dealership I was told turbo went out. I asked why it wasn’t changed with the new engine. I couldn’t afford the replacement cost 3000 dollars gave car back it’s unsafe to drive.

Did a great job on my car but their communication is nonexistent. I had to call multiple times to get info. Even at that, they never called back. I had to drive out there to find out in person.
