They were very rude, didn’t honor my warranty, didn’t ask me what I needed when I made my appointment , and a whole slew of other issues. Not only am I trading my Kia in as we speak, I will never buy another again

Well the experience there was great I thought the finance guy was great I thought until today We bought our son a preowned care with a Warranty on it already and thought that the extra charge of a $2051 was for the gap insurance but nope just another warranty coverage (that’s was already being covered anyway ) I have learned my lesson here and I won’t go back at all and only go where I can trust the people I know And by the way my son totaled his after three months (and yes he is ok) but now we have to pay on this car ... read more

I made an appointment to get my oil change. They made my appt. at 1:40 pm. They were done with my car at 3:15 pm. Thats way too long for a customer have to wait for a oil change! Why the long wait ? More organization at this service center needed. what is the purpose of the appt.? If a customer has to wait for one hour and thirty minutes for their oil change. The sales is good, bad experiences in the service department this is the second time I have taken my car there for service RUDE guys just left there an are still mad he was so rude o course it didn’t do what I said it was doing he made me feel stupid I will never go back after today there an I won’t buy my next car there because of the service dept. I work in customer service you have to be more you have to be polite he was awful!!! Never again

I am beyond upset about the dishonesty of their salesmen. Last week, a salesman contacted me about bringing my Kia in to discuss a family who wanted to purchase my vehicle. I arranged an appointment time based on the phone call. He said it would take 15-20 minutes. I went in at 6:45 and after 2 hours, was finally able to leave.
