They are not responsive to customers once you pay for your vehicle and sometimes they make it even worse.

Horrible experience. We spent $40k for a car it’s been 3 months now, still have received it because their service department is incompetent
I do not recommend a company that employs racist people who cheer on brutality, violence, violation of human rights, and racial profiling. Keith Howard is one of those people.
Went in to get the trim pieces on my car fixed and an oil change... the service was wonderful and we thought we were treated well... but when my husband left not 5 miles down the road my tire went flat. My husband had to change my tire and when he looked there was a huge gash that couldn't have been done on the road. The dealership told us we needed a whole new tire and some people at the dealership told us that it could have happened there and some people said it didn't happen there. Christian is the rudest person and has zero business dealing with the public. Hopefully the rest of the service dept is better.
