Christian is the rudest person and has zero business dealing with the public. Hopefully the rest of the service dept is better.
Wife’s car was towed in Monday morning and it is now Friday evening and it still has not been looked at. When she call Monday they said they would try to get to it soon but since there was a holiday this week (4th of July) they would be really busy Friday. My question is, is that busy with cars that came in for service after hers? We bought Sorento new there and that we had found a decent dealership but obviously not! the salesman lied to me. when my car was broken into and destroyed, I towed it there thinking that they would do right by their customers. wrong. because they could not be bothered to cover a broken window, my car has even more damage due to the severe storm that came through. Absolute worst experience ever. The sales manager is awful. He is rude and extremely unprofessional. I have been using this dealership for years bought many cars from them. I will never go back. I will only use Moritz Kia in Alliance they have the best customer service and are amazing.
This is seriously the worst service dept ever. I rolled the oil change package into my payment and I’ll NEVER do that again. What is the point of an appointment? I mean that. I have a toddler that I have to bring with me, and I make an 8:30 appointment in hopes of getting in and out. It’s now 10 am and I’ve chased him for an hour and a half around your dealership….. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Make it make sense!!! Even with zero car experience I could change the oil quicker than this service dept.

Called and asked about a car, they said it was available. Drove from Hurst to West Fort Worth in Friday afternoon traffic to be told the car wasn’t there. Told us about an other, waited and waited, then was told the other car was out as a loaner. Time and fuel costs are too much for these games.

Either they are not honest or honestly ignorant! I went to another dealership! Originally I found a Kia Sorento on their website and called the dealership to inquire about the availability. Initially I was told they had 2 in stock. When I inquired about giving a deposit because it would be in the afternoon before I could be there, I was told by "Javier" that they do not take deposits and would not sell to me if I lived more than 150 miles away. I don't know about the sales or service dept but parts is awful. I been buying parts here for 12 years for cars I work on for my business. Today was last straw. To have a part showing in you inventory then refuse to sell it to me then when I call back and ask to order the part you say I have to pay up front nope.
