I contacted Barry, left a message for him to call me back but he never replied to my voicemail. I had a very very bad experience with Mazda so bad that I will go elsewhere for services and for purchasing my new 2020 Mazda.
I purchased my car in June and did not receive my permanent registration so I made several calls to the dealership to make sure my registration did not expire. The first two times I called someone took a message and I didn’t receive a call back. The third time I called I spoke to an extremely rude associate by the name of Angela. Dishonest, Disorganized, and an Overall Awful Experience The dealership lied and stated they had a 2016 CX-5 in stock to get me into the door so they could try to sell me another car. I drove over an hour to go pick it up and was informed when I got there it was sold the previous day. Refusing to pay for promised repairs - dishonest dealership. Sold me a CX-5 with a crack in the windshield. Took possession in the pouring rain and only noticed it 5min off the lot. They promised to pay for it and now refusing to pay full repairs. Stay away, they are dishonest.
They never paid off the trade in car!!! As if not paying off the car you traded in wasn't bad enough, they don't get on the phone with you to fix the problem. Day 5 of no help to resolve the fact that they took my trade in and never paid it off. It is either a huge scam or incompetence. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2015 Kia Forte 5 ex on April 7, 2018. I used 100% financing from my credit union and did not agree, or sign for any of the dealerships financing offers. I received a copy of title with 2 liens.It took several months and letters from a lawyer about the removal of the 2nd lien. This was done for @12,000 purchase. In my opinion, take your purchasing power elsewhere.
While conducting deal all went well .problem is 4 weeks later .I texted Charles countless times.they gave me badly used drivers side floor mat and made it seem as.thwy didn't have to do that at all and I should just accept it. After explaining to them that every car comes with floor mats they agreed to send new set but I waited 2+ weeks never got them. What's worst I never getten my registration and the temporary one is expiring in 2 days ! Very disappointing especially that I was going to buy second car from them
Called first and then came in within an hour and met with a salesman. Went on the test drive and then sat down to discuss numbers when he told me the car was sold. He said it causally not like he was surprised by the news. Typical switch and bait. They wanted to sell me a different car that had double the miles. Oh well.
Didn't honor a financial agreement in writing I leased a Mazda CX-5 a month or so ago. Along with my agreement, Mazda agreed to absorb the disposal cost of my prior car lease with a different car dealer. This was put in writing upon signing of the lease. However, they have yet to follow through on their agreement. When I have called and inquired as to the status of my agreed-upon reimbursement, I am continually told there was a 'check processing error' and they apologize and it will come soon.
