Our last 3 service appointments with Mazda New Rochelle have been very disappointing and the most previous one we had on February 11 just made up our mind not to schedule at this dealership anymore. We booked our appointment early at 8:35am last Saturday to beat the crowd, but we ended up waiting for more than 4 hours to complete our 60k recommended service. Do not buy anything from here, i bought my car last October and recently was going to trade it in for a new car. They looked up the car fax and it showed that it was hit in 4 locations but when i got the car facts from Mazda they said it was clean and the carfax didn’t show that. Worst dealership in Westchester. especially for service. Avoid at all cost. They are liars, the management is too good to speak to customers and the do not honor their words

Spent a week going back and forth about purchasing new car. Hours before picking it up he sent me a video of the car with a bow on it. I get to the dealership and was told "it just sold", but can I interest you in a higher trim?. Turns out the video was shot way way before the day that it was sent. The car was never there, it was just a shady tactic to get me to drive there and get higher trims pushed on me. It took me almost 2 hours to get to this dealership. No stars. ...stay away. Had a deal in place in the afternoon, signed, insurance cards changed and in the morning management claimed they didn't have all information on a trade in which was completely untrue. Tried to blame it on the sales manager. Felt very bad for the salesperson. His management team sold him out rather than owning up to their own mistake or even trying to salvage it. Unprofessional? The sales department is ok. Hard working sales people. The service department never quite has its act together. For my second service visit for my CX5, the guys took off the mileage sticker telling me when next service is due. They never peplaced it. They gave me a car wash voucher they said was for down the street. From new rochelle, it was in the Bronx. The guy who sits under the awning playing rap music on his phone doesn’t get up to help a customer or the very nice service rep who made the transaction. Very rude and lazy... read more
