great salesman, terrible manager I went to the mazda of new rochelle because they were open later than other mazda dealers. Mason was very friendly and knew a lot about the car (more than other salesman I have talked to before). During the negotiation process we didn't come to an agreement about the price/trade in value. Appalling Customer Service -- Consumers be warned!! My husband and I purchased a new 2013 CX9 from this dealership at the end of the summer 2013. We were generally pleased with our sales experience and decided to use the free service voucher we received from the dealership when we bought the vehicle for our first oil change on April 26, 2014.
