HORRRIBLE! My 21 year old son had an appt. to test drive a car. After driving over an hour we were told the car was not for sale due to mechanical issues (apparently they did not know prior to our arrival??) They did offer a new model for more money!!!! On our ride home we got a call from Malcolm, to see if we were coming to test drive the car. He did not know it wasn't for sale either. Asked me the stock number? Did mention the new model! I have never had a positive experience with the dealership. My last experience was, I came in for an oil change and it took roughly 4 hours. When I first bought the car, the entire electrical system went to crap Had to be re-ordered from China, which took roughly 12 weeks which and during this time there was zero communication zero updates if I didn’t seek out the information and it wasn’t given. I dropped my car off to get a diagnostic done. First of all it too 48 hours for them to hook my car up to a computer, my advisor did not call me I had to call to find out what they found when they did the diagnostic. Eventually, I found out what was wrong and decided to fix my car at the dealership. My car was sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks no work was done. This review is based on my post experience as I learned that Mazda of New Rochelle and Mazda financial services brokered a deal for Mazda of New Rochelle to buy and take possession of my previously leased vehicle, factoring in an overpayment of $262.50 that I inadvertently made on my account. "I found this car on the dealer's website, as you can see in the picture, Stock #10069 for $23,290. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Angel (sales rep). He told me the car was sold. He offered me another one with an accident report, but I refused to purchase it. Terrible service, don’t respond to phone calls and my car sat for 5 days in service while they tried to charge me for repairs to the “pre-certified” car I bought 4 months ago They promised me new mats when I purchased the car but never delivered, I brought that up when the car in for repairs and they replaced only the front mats (they shipped me the others) The service needed light was on when I picked the car up from service and the video they sent me to go over the car check had music blaring so I could not hear a thing. Have a CX5 that I purchased from this dealership a year ago…it started making a suspension noise at the front left tire…it’s still under warranty so I took it in twice for the same issue and they’ve been giving me the runaround talking about they cannot replace the strut unless it’s actually leaking even tho it’s making noise as per Mazda…I suspect they’re waiting for the warranty to expire either way it’s not good business and I’m currently exploring my options.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They sold me a car without a title, then told me it would be a few days. It ended up being over a month before the title came in. While I waited for the title, even though I had already paid for the vehicle someone from the dealership was clearly driving it as it had 600 extra miles than it did when I purchased it. Good evening, I am reaching out to express my extreme disappointment in Mazda of New Rochelle. On June 26th for a routine service. I was told 1-1.5 hours it took close to 3 hours, I was compensated for this and was given a discount. After paying i went to go and get my vehicle and my vehicle was disgusting.
