That was by far the best car buying experience. We were looking for few months for an affordable car (used or new) and Ibrahim could give us the best deal we ever saw. I was looking to lease my first car, which was quite overwhelming, and took a trip to Mazda of New Rochelle toward the end of my search. Ibrahim greeted us warmly, and right off the bat, was able to answer any questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of the vehicle, he was patient, and even accompanied me on, not one, but 3 test drives. Needless to say, I was impressed. He made my decision a lot easier, and I am very happy with my new Mazda3!
Sorsha was wonderful. There was no pressure to purchase a car. The dealership found a needle in a haystack (green Mazda 2 with 5 speed) in record time. I've had the car two weeks so far and love it. The seats are comfy and the car itself is really zippy. Also, I LOVE the color. I can definitely find it in ANY parking lot. I left my EZ pass and resident pass in my old car and Ibrahim was the one to call me and helped me to get them send back to me. I am very grateful for his going out of the way to help his customer. He was also very friendly and helpful to help me choose the right car for my needs.
