This dealership, namely Kenton S backed up by his boss Phil Van ripper, intentionally mislead me into thinking I was buying a brand new car when the car was actually a demo with over 2K miles and paint damage. Stay away unless you don't mind thieves Bottom line, they artificially inflated my taxes so they could charge me an extra $350. How did they do this? They're very sneaky. They never provided an itemized list of fees. Instead they gave me a pen and paper and read the fees, taxes, etc to me. The numbers added up, so I gave them my debit card. Once I got home, I had a friend review the numbers (on the scrap paper I was given) and he immediately noticed a problem. great salesman, terrible manager I went to the mazda of new rochelle because they were open later than other mazda dealers. Mason was very friendly and knew a lot about the car (more than other salesman I have talked to before). During the negotiation process we didn't come to an agreement about the price/trade in value. Appalling Customer Service -- Consumers be warned!! My husband and I purchased a new 2013 CX9 from this dealership at the end of the summer 2013. We were generally pleased with our sales experience and decided to use the free service voucher we received from the dealership when we bought the vehicle for our first oil change on April 26, 2014.
