Called first and then came in within an hour and met with a salesman. Went on the test drive and then sat down to discuss numbers when he told me the car was sold. He said it causally not like he was surprised by the news. Typical switch and bait. They wanted to sell me a different car that had double the miles. Oh well.
Didn't honor a financial agreement in writing I leased a Mazda CX-5 a month or so ago. Along with my agreement, Mazda agreed to absorb the disposal cost of my prior car lease with a different car dealer. This was put in writing upon signing of the lease. However, they have yet to follow through on their agreement. When I have called and inquired as to the status of my agreed-upon reimbursement, I am continually told there was a 'check processing error' and they apologize and it will come soon. Worst Dealership They are the worst dealership i have ever been too. The sales manager and gm dont care if they have a sale or not. My wife went to go and pick up her new lease today and the car wasnt ready we set a date todays date a week and a half ago. She waited from 12 to 3 pm for them to inspect the car and clean it. When they were set and done we inspected the car and there was a big scratch on the fender. wait time for older cars(2+ weeks) Dealership needs to have more experienced technicians to service older model cars. Left car 3 days and my car was not looked at just for a prognosis. Spent $3000 for a specific repair but left Mazda with a different problem even b4 leaving the shop as a result of trying to fix the original problem. The general consensus among the technicians and management is ‘remember it’s an older car’. Totally unacceptable.
Bait/Switch (but the people are nice) The staff are professional, responsive and helpful. The issue is a manager who won’t leave his office to speak to customers! I was quoted a price (via phone and email) which also listed a 0% apr for credit worthy customers, (which i am) but once I travelled up from the city they could not stand by that number. Most reprehensible experience of my life This is an awful place to have your car serviced. There is no working phone to return the service desks call. Like literally no working phone to communicate with about service in progress. Men (yes, all men) working there say there is no way to escalate a concern, simply saying there is a “group” of owners but no actual person. The WORST If I could leave ZERO star review I would! I was a cash customer looking to purchase a 2017 Miata. I was told they would attempt to locate one at another dealership and if unable to do so, they would then order me one. During the forty-four (44) days that followed my having left a $1,000 deposit, my calls were often disconnected and never returned. No Contact After Purchase The initial perception was that this was a very professional staff with very friendly salesmen. Everyone went on about how they will go above and beyond well into the future if I ever need anything. Wasn't much pressure to buy but all in all a very good experience when I was there. Scam! The most incompetent sales people I’ve ever experienced. I signed a lease deal with them but when I showed up to pick up my car, they had a completely different car from the one I was told I was getting. Different color and accessories. When I told them I wanted to car I was promised, they tried to upsell it to me. I walked away. What a scam!
