Renique was patient and showed me the different pricing options of leasing vs. owning on a New Mazda 6, New Mazda 3 and a Certified Used Mazda 6 2012. We worked together for a total of 5 hours and I never felt pressured or persuaded to go one route or the other. He always had a smile on and managed to get me in a 2014 6 because I felt comfortable with the Leasing Terms and NOT because he was pushing it on me.
William was great to work with. It really sealed the deal for us when the dealership coordinated taking the vehicle to our personal mechanic so that he could check it out for us. The mechanic said the car was well taken care of and that the price we were paying was reasonable for the vehicle. When the car came with only one key, the dealership worked with us to get a spare at no additional cost to us. Renique was very knowledgeable about all the features we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions. In my experience, dealerships have made the experience stressful, but Renique did not pressure us and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend someone interested in a Mazda to go to Renique. Thanks!
Had 9:30 appointment for 9:30. It’s 11:20 car still not ready. Told have to wait a little longer. Suggested I watch a video they just sent me while I wait longer. Not interested. Will be going to White Plains in the future.

Salesperson ok but doesn’t know about the vehicles (said the CX5 2023 Carbon had touch screen and then after I bought it said it probably doesn’t have Apple Cat play after we couldn’t get it to work - and by the way, the 2023 CX5 doesn’t have touch screen) and appeared impatient and annoyed when we wanted to see different models (felt like we were wasting his time). The service department did not properly inspect my vehicle and tried to say my damage was not covered under warranty. The damage was a result of a mechanical issue and not an outside influence as the dealer stated. Had the dealer properly inspected the vehicle, they would have known. The service department could not care any less about my issue. Terrible experience and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy

Chris will wring blood out of a stone. I would not recommend getting service done at this dealership. $500 for a diagnostic? I would recommend to visit your local independent repair shop while this dealership figure why they are charging brain / cosmetic surgeons' fees. Avoid.
