Ibrahim was amazing. He was wonderful in helping to locate the exact car I wanted and then went above and beyond to assure I understand how to use every feature my car had to offer. It was by far, my best experience with buying or leasing a vehicle and I would recommend this dealership and Ibrahim to anyone in the market for a new car.

EXTRAORDINARY!!! I am writing to share my experience at Mazda of New Rochelle. I leased a 2014 Mazda 6, from the minute I stepped foot in the dealers lot everything was handled professionally. I was looking to lease my first car, which was quite overwhelming, and took a trip to Mazda of New Rochelle toward the end of my search. Ibrahim greeted us warmly, and right off the bat, was able to answer any questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of the vehicle, he was patient, and even accompanied me on, not one, but 3 test drives. Needless to say, I was impressed. He made my decision a lot easier, and I am very happy with my new Mazda3!
Sorsha was wonderful. There was no pressure to purchase a car. The dealership found a needle in a haystack (green Mazda 2 with 5 speed) in record time. I've had the car two weeks so far and love it. The seats are comfy and the car itself is really zippy. Also, I LOVE the color. I can definitely find it in ANY parking lot. Thank you, everyone at Mazda for making my new car purchase a pleasurable experience.
I left my EZ pass and resident pass in my old car and Ibrahim was the one to call me and helped me to get them send back to me. I am very grateful for his going out of the way to help his customer. He was also very friendly and helpful to help me choose the right car for my needs.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and Ibrahim was outstanding. He was the first sales person I met on my search for a new Mazda and he asked me at the time if he'd have a shot a final bidding when I was through shopping around.
