had a bad experience when arrived in which i had to wait for an agent to take care of me for quite a while. There were three of them and one was taking care of a customer. The other two just walked around and didn't really acknowledge or greeted me. i was about to leave when the agent who just finished with the customer called me back and took care of me. i was not very pleased with the initiate service.
I heard a strange noise and brought the van in, fearing the worst. Thankfully the service was able to determine the van was just low on power steering fluid. After filling that, no more noise. What a relief!
Honestly, it was something that shouldn't even have happened. They sold my daughter and I a used vehicle, certified pre-owned even, and it didn't have a current safety or emissions test, so when I went into the DMV to register it, it was ineligible. So I had to make a special trip to the dealer to get it re-inspected and emissions tested, to register the vehicle. Great service and didn't have to wait very long.
Went in for a flat tire puncture, thinking it was a small screw in tread. Honda tire repair rep found a two inch metal rod in the tire. Taurez, the service rep, explained the tire needed to be sealed on inside and outside. He also made a call and found out the tires purchased at Honda were 2.5 years old, so out of road hazard warranty. Cost was about $40. Work was explained well, and performed quickly, was at the service center maybe an hour. Good work in good time.
