The salesperson was helpful and very easy to deal with. He pretty much stayed out of the way and let the car speak for himself. The dealership is clean and spacious and parking is easy. This was an internet deal, so it mattered that Paul was quick to answer emails. I did not get a bunch of annoying promotional emails from this dealership - only ones directly related to my inquiry. The purchase experience was quick and friendly. I would definitely buy from Honda of Frontenac again.

I've dealt with Bob & others for many years in the service dept. He has always been so professional and courteous. I have taken our hondas to them many years before they were bought out. I will continue to use them for future service needs. thank you.

We didn't end up buying from this dealer, but the salesperson, Cindy Wilson, was probably the best part of our car-buying experience. She was very knowledgeable and seemed like a 'straight-shooter'. She was able to answer questions and tell us things about the vehicle that other salespeople at other dealers clearly did not know. We actually felt bad that we didn't give her our business.

I came in and purchased a new element from tim devine, it was just a great experience they were very helpful and knowledgable. The finance process was quick and easy. Tim made this a much better experience than ive had purchasing vehichles in the past and i will definetly be recomending Tim and Honda of Frontenac to my family, friends and co-workers.

I was planning on bringing my car in for an oil change, but stopped at the License bureau to update my plates first. At the License office I found out I needed an emissions inspection, too. I went to Honda of Frontenac for an Express oil change. Randy in the service department came out to meet me. I told him I wanted an oil change and asked if they could do the emissions inspection. Martin Kingsbury was very friendly and professional. He allowed the time to answer all my questions and took me for 3 different test drives. He knows the cars. At no time did I feel pressure to do a deal, but when I decided on a car he made sure that everything was done in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my used car. I will recommend Honda of Frontenac to family and friends - and Martin in particular!

I gave this rating because Mr.Johnston made the purchasing of our new 2012 Civic a pleasureable experience. Usually buying a new car is a horrible time for us, but for the first time we actually had fun. He was knowledgeable about the Civics and patiently waited until we were sure what we needed. We will be looking forward to shopping with Mr. Johnston and this dealership again in the future. Thanks Bill and family

Tom was easy to work with and not pushy. We were in and out of the dealership with a new car in under 3 hours even with turning in a trade. I would highly recommend. The dealership was able to keep my 15 month baby occupied for this time. I have never owned a Honda before.

Nick was wonderful to work with and set me up with a dependable car within my price range. He was easy to communicate with and non pressuring, especially since I am a young, first time buyer. Dealership was friendly and great atmosphere. Would reccommend Honda of Frontenac to friends and family.
