My husband and I just moved to St Louis from New York not more than a week ago and were in desparate need of a car within a certain budget to fit our criteria. We stumbled upon Honda of Frontenac by chance and are so grateful we did. Sean Sage was assigned to us to assist us in meeting our needs which he absolutely did. We worked with Randol on buying a new Honda Civic and as always Randol was amazing. He is a pleasure to work with and always seems very fair and accomodating. I would never use another Honda salesman in St. Louis other than Randol.

I have given this rating as a result of my experience at Honda of Frontenac where I purchased a used vehicle. My sales associate was pleasant, knowledgable, and professional. Our business manager was also pleasant, knowledgable and professional. The process of making our purchase was a very good experience.

From bottom to top, EVERYONE is friendly, and there is NO pressure. I could tell that Nick was one of the newer associates, who was filling in for Martin, who handled the previous purchase at Frontenac. Martin was helping some other customers and didn't want us to have to wait. They all share, and the attitude is far different from the other dealers where the salesmen are like vultures, fighting for every person coming in the door, and following you to your car. I've always owned Fords and they have been great cars. I planned to look at Ford Escapes, but my husband asked me to look at Honda CRVs. It is not the car I planned to buy. I looked at 3 or 4 CRVs and one Escape. The only reason I bought my CRV at your dealership is because of the Sales Person, Cindy Wilson. She was fabulous, friendly, down to earth, and not pushy. She understood my needs and never tried to sell me anything I didn't want. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a new or used car!

I had an amazing experience with Honda of Frontenac, i bought a certified car and got an amazing price after visiting all Honda dealers in St. Louis. The staff were professional friendly and laid back, I dealt with Cindy Wilson who is my favorite saleswoman and i will look for her anytime i want to buy a car, she is adorable. Also Lisa Sachs from finance was so helpful and put the extra miles for us to get the interest rate we wanted. I purchased a 2010 Honda CRV from Tim Devine. Tim was professional, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. He even brought the closing paper work to my office to save me time. I was able to bring the vehicle home overnight to make sure that I liked the way it drove, to check the gas mileage, see how easily the seats folded to cargo, etc., so I was sure I was making the right purchase for me.
