Salesperson (Martin Kingsbury) was top notch and easy to deal with. The new 2011 Ridgeline I bought could have been a little cleaner at delivery. Trunk was a bit dirty and there were some glue smudges on various parts of the exterior and a black smudge of some sort on the back seat (leather). It also had a few more miles on it than they initially indicated...it came from a dealer pretty far away from the guys I bought it from. I chose the colors and options on the internet and they priced and found my car as they did not have it on their lot. My new Honda Accord is absolutely gorgeous. I am a repeat new Honda car owner. My old Honda Accord is 15 years old, runs great and we are keeping it in the family.
This was the most positive experience I have ever had buying a car in 50 years. Paul Leong was straightforward, honest, respectful and clearly had the authority to make the 'deal' without subjecting me to 'managers' who were trying to see how much they could intimidate me into taking the highest price possible. Since I was not trading in a car, he even had the shuttle pick me up. I now begin my 26th year as a Honda owner
I never thought purchasing a car could even be remotely pleasurable. I found the dealership that I will tell everyone about! Fantastic staff and smooth transaction. I am so happy with my new vehicle and feel very comfortable that the price was more than fair. If I could rate this dealershihp higher than a 5 I would!
The employees at Honda of Frontenac have always been friendly and helpful, but I have never been as pleased with them as I am today. My '05 Element had an issue with the heater core and radiator which was announced on a service bulletin. Unfortunatly, my VIN number was not included. When I brought my car in and had it evaluated, I was told the $2500 repair that will take 7.5 hours to complete will be covered. Parts were ordered and I brought it back for the repair. Great experience. I knew what car I wanted as this was my 6th Honda. Matt was very helpful in locating the car for me and explaining all the features on the car when I picked it up. Lisa explained all the optional programs available. I love Hondas.
We loved working with Mr. Weger. He was so helpful. I'm not experienced at buying a car but he made the process so easy. When I got home I had a few questions I forgot to ask earlier and he helped me right away. He wasn't about just the sale, he was about the service. I don't know if there's an award for best salesman, but if there is Mr. Weger should receive it. Thank you!
We have made two purchases from the internet manager at Frontenac Honda, Paul Leong, within a 6 month time period. Our first experience was so good, Paul earned our repeat business. Paul knows our time is valuable, and he is extremely well organized, efficient, and no-nonsense. With both purchases, I stopped in on a Saturday for an hour, picked out a car, and got a great deal. We visited your store to find a car for our son. We were greeted by a man with a big smile and a handshake, That guy was Mike Weger. He helped us not only find a car for our son but also showed us how to make it affordable. By the time we were all finished we felt like we knew Mike for a life time.
