We have worked with Honda of Frontenac for years and purchased two cars through them. They are consistently friendly and helpful. I even called them recently when I locked my keys in my car. They helped me instantly. I was back in my car within 90 minutes of calling them! They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful.
Tom bent over backwards to assist in the purchase of my new CR-V. He was courteous, friendly, not at all pushy, and took care of everything so efficiently that I drove off with my car in a very short while. Overall I had an extremely pleasant experience.
Very friendly environment and helpful. Matt gave all his time and was very helpful. He explained all the details and was clear from the beginning and answered all our questions appropriately. He also went over all the information we needed about the car. we also met the manager Mike and head of finance who were both really friendly and welcoming. We will definitely recomend this honda dealership to friends!
Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted promptly by the receptionist who was pleasant. We dealt with the internet department and had the best car buying experience we have had from start to finish. We talked to other dealerships but did not find the salesman as professional as ours was at Honda Frontenac.
Enjoyable buying experience. Cindy was great to work with and addressed all of my needs. I was looking for a reliable automobile for my daughter to take to college out of state and I chose the Honda Civic as a realiable automobile for years to come. Hopefully after she graduates I can then transfer the car to my 10 year old.
Gregory Lange was very friendly and helpful. He listened to what I needed and made sure I got it, and quickly. He remembered me and was personable. He even gave me a discount The service itself was fast and efficient. The price was reasonable, and I got a car wash.
This was the FIRST time dealing with the Service Dept. at Honda of Frontenac...Jim Lynch was WONDERFUL...very Friendly...informative!! I had our car in for routine maintenance and Pat noticed that I needed brakes and a few other minor things. Pat took the time to explain the repairs and gave me a fair price. The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely matter. I will be sure and spread the word about Pat and what great service he and Frontenac Honda provided. My pleasant experience today will keep me coming back. Our next automobile purchase will be a Honda.
My experience with Honda frontenac was very positive. Tim Devine worked with me on the phone and in person to give me a very special deal on a 2012 Civic. He also tinted my windows for free! The finance was great and I was able to quickly get a better rate than I had on my old Honda. I would recomend this dealership to my family and friends and will always consider them as long as I am driving hondas!
