I did not have to wait nearly as long as I expected to speak with someone. Jim was very helpful and truly listened when I tried to describe what was going on with my car. The work was done quickly and done well.

Well the old 2002 Odyssey is running well again. And this is important: I've got 3 kids, a husband, a job, and family in town. Last week, when they called from the camp that my son hurt his arm, it was great to have a reliable car. (Yes, it was a broken arm and now he has a cool cast to impress his buddies.) With an older car I expect to need repairs and to have expenses, and I think it's the "green" thing to do to keep an old car and keep it running well. Everything about my new car buying experience was exemplary. I had first called the dealership to inquire about their current inventory on the van I was looking for. The gentleman I spoke with, Randol, couldn't have been nicer, and in fact called me back within 5 minutes after going out on the lot to check. Sean was so helpful in this process, which was very stressful for me since I didn't have a lot of time to find a car. He was very helpful and worked with me until we found a car I was happy with and comfortable in that fit my budget. I have been using this dealership for 20 years for sales and service and have always gotten very high quality care.
