I worked with Paul Leong at the Dealership and had a great experience. I live roughly 130 miles from the dealership and I did not want to make multiple trips to "wheel and deal" on my new Honda. I have always taken my 09 Honda Civic to Honda of Frontenac for service. Service Advisors like Pat Carroll (with whom I worked today) are professional, friendly, informative. All of my questions are answered and work is complete in a timely fashion. Highly Recommended.
Pat Carroll is the reason i go to honda frontenac. He is a service advisor there. I am a single female who does not know much about cars. Taking care of the customer is Pats number one priority. He sits down and takes the time to explain things in detail with me. Pat tells me what is best for my car and me. He is concerned about the customer not about how much money he can make off of them. I miss the name "Huey's Honda", but Frontenac Honda is, in my experience, even friendlier and more customer-service oriented. This is the 2nd new car I've purchased at this location and Tim Devine delivered everything he had promised with this new car. The service department is also exceptional.

Yes I would recommend this dealership to others. I have purchased a honda accord there before and had two other hondas before that.They are a very reliable automobile. The sales people are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the honda product they offer to the consumer.
