I used to arrange to have some one pick me up from the dealer when I dropped my car off for service. At Honda of Frontenac, there is no need. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable, there is free coffee, free wi-fi and the bathrooms are spotless. Now, I simply use the time to catch up on reading, correspondence, pay bills, and write a few emails. No need to leave the premises; it's some alone time that I need for myself. Thanks, Honda.

friendly cared what i needed and wanted not a pushy salesman trying to make sale but trying to get me the deal i neede will not ever shop any where else 5 stars thank you for not making this an unpleasent ordeal for my wife and i and making my life a little easier best regards satisfied customer kathleen miller

Cindy made our visit very pleasant. She was so good we ended up buying two cars from her. You felt like you known her for a long time and I felt that she had your best interest at heart. People forget about customer service and that is what sold us. I believe customer service is forgotten and I believe it is awesome there. Thanks Cindy. You rock and I would recommend you to anyone and I already have.

We went to another Honda dealership where we had test driven a vehicle. When it came time to make a deal, we were given a great price. We went to put a deposit down, and we were promised they would be able to locate the car that we wanted. After several phone calls to get us in the door, once we put the deposit down, we heard nothing for days. I just purchased my Civic LX-S from Matt Kiefer and Dave Bell, and am wondering why on earth it took so long. It is a fabulous ride, and handling is sensational for sales rep. I went from a Jeep Liberty to this amazing car! Matt was incredible in handling the sale along with Mr. Bell. I needed another car and wasn't sure if a new or used car would be best. The salesman Ben Alan was very helpful in listening to my needs and finding the right car for me. I hadn't bought a car for years and everyone at Honda of Frontenac made the process, from start to finish, clear and easy to understand. It could not have gone better. I love my Honda Civic. tim did a wonderful job of getting me the car i wanted with the price i needed to keep my payments in the needed price bracket. He showed me how to work the radio and seats all all the other equipment in the car. He was very friendly and made sure that i would give him a call if i had any questions or concerns. Tim Devine called me on 4/26 to offer me a special trade for my 2010 Pilot that sounded too good to be true. I was sceptical until he spoke to my accountant. On 4/29, I traded my 2010 for a 2011. It was a pleasure to work with Tim and I would be happy to work with him again.

I purchased a car from Rick at Honda of Frontenac. On my first visit, he helped me zero-in on good car options, but I didn't find anything that day. He called a few days later to let me know that he had gotten some more cars in that fit my description. He sold me an amazing Acura TSX at a price well below blue book value. He was honest, extremely friendly, and truly concerned with finding me the best car within my price range.
